C. Easterwood, Founder and CEO

C. Easterwood has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for the last 20 years. His primary business focus is upon transactions related to Single Tenant Net Leased Commercial Properties, Shopping Centers and Apartment Communities. During the last 20 years he has represented a group of both large and small clients in the purchase and sale of such properties. During this 20 year period his largest client has been 7-Eleven Incorporated where he represented that company in the development of store locations, as well as, the sale of existing stores between investors.

Mr. Easterwood began his business career as a Certified Public Accountant and worked for one of the largest International Public Accounting Firms in the world. During his tenure with the Firm, Mr. Easterwood served many clients that ranged from the Largest Construction Company in the world to smaller clients to which he was assigned. During his ten years with the Firm he worked in one of the Firm’s US offices and also in one of the Firm’s Scandinavian offices. As part of his assignment in Scandinavia, Mr. Easterwood was in charge of the Merger/Acquisition Assistance Practice for the Firm’s clients in Scandinavia.

Subsequent to his public accounting career Mr. Easterwood became the President of a Multi-National Manufacturing Company which was part of a Large English Conglomerate. That Conglomerate was acquired in a Hostile Takeover on the English Stock Exchange by another large English Conglomerate. After that Takeover occurred, Mr. Easterwood organized his own company to assist small companies with Pre-IPO financings and was a Registered Securities Dealer in the State of Texas until he became a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker twenty years ago.

Cecilia Overton, Vice President

Cecilia Overton has been a Texas Real Estate licensee for the last 15 years. Her primary business focus is in Senior Living Communities addressing Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care and Rehabilitation Services. During the last 10 years she has done Sales and Marketing for some of the largest of these companies in the United States, as well as, being a corporate trainer for one of these large companies.

Ms. Overton began her business career with one of the Largest Commercial Real Estate Companies headquartered in the State of Texas where she worked with Commercial Real Estate Brokers primarily related to Single Tenant Retail Commercial Properties and Shopping Centers.

Subsequent to Ms. Overton’s tenure with this Large Commercial Real Estate Company, she was involved in new home sales for several of the Largest Home Builders in the United States. Companies that she represented during that time included companies that were listed on the New York Stock Exchange, such as, D. R. Horton, Inc., PulteGroup, Inc., and Hovnanian Enterprises, Inc., as well as, other large home builders that were private companies.

Don Frey, Vice President

Don Frey has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for the last 40 years. Mr. Frey focuses in all aspects of real estate, from land brokerage to development, and oversees the vital processes of the industry such as zoning, financing and construction to ensure that his client’s needs are met successfully. During the last 35 years Mr. Frey has been the leader of his own Commercial Real Estate Brokerage Firm and has had offices in five Cities and engaged 75 real estate professionals in his brokerage business. In addition, Mr. Frey has acted as principal, developer, broker and manager/general partner for over 12 companies that were created via real estate transactions.

Mr. Frey began his Real Estate Brokerage career with one of the Largest Commercial Real Estate Companies headquartered in the State of Texas. During his six year tenure with that Firm, he was named “Rookie of the Year” in his first year and subsequently was honored with five consecutive annual “Top Production Awards.”

Prior to getting into the Commercial Real Estate Brokerage business, Mr. Frey was in the US Army serving with the Joint US Military Advisory Group in Thailand, Laos and Vietnam. Subsequent to his Army service and before starting his real estate career, Mr. Frey was employed by three national truck leasing companies in sales and operations where he excelled.

John Skelton, Vice President

John Skelton has been a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker for the last 40 years and is a Texas Registered Architect. Mr. Skelton has been a member of the American Institute of Architects and the National Association of Home Builders for over 30 years. Mr. Skelton’s primary focus is on the development of lots for single family residential home construction and the development of apartment communities. Over the last 45 years Mr. Skelton’s company, McKamy Development Corporation, has developed over 1800 lots for single family residential units and an apartment community with 214 units in the DFW Metroplex. In addition, Mr. Skelton has been an active investor in insurance, real estate projects and oil and gas developments in the past.

Prior to beginning his Architecture and Real Estate Development career, Mr. Skelton entered the US Navy as an Ensign in the Civil Engineer Corps. He was awarded the Navy Commendation Medal and was released from active duty into the United States Naval Reserve at the rank of Lieutenant Commander.
